About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning features of implementation of separate powers by National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting in the conditions of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, of Art. 265 with subsequent changes) to add 1) with part two of the following content:

"During action of warlike situation the National council in the cases established by the law addresses military command for the corresponding reaction";

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 18, Art. 155 with subsequent changes):

state the term "permission to temporary broadcasting" in the following edition:

"permission to temporary broadcasting - the decision made by National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting which grants to the teleradio organization the right on the out-of-competition bases according to conditions of permission to perform temporary broadcasting in the territories with specific mode of broadcasting and/or in certain areas in the territory of which martial law, for up to one year is imposed";

in Article 6 part two:

the second offer of the paragraph of the eleventh to exclude;

after the paragraph of the eleventh to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"involvement of persons who propagandize or is justified, recognize lawful, deny aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, or participate in actions which will be organized by the state aggressor in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine".
