The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Suspend till December 31, 2022 inclusive conducting checks of observance of the foreign exchange legislation of the Russian Federation by tax authorities, except as specified, when on performed violations, prescriptive limit of administrative prosecution for which expires till December 31, 2022, are revealed. In the specified cases conducting checks of observance of the foreign exchange legislation of the Russian Federation and implementation of administrative production can continue only regarding such violations.

The specified suspension of conducting checks of observance of the foreign exchange legislation of the Russian Federation does not extend to violations of the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation accepted since February 28, 2022 which establish special economic measures in connection with unfriendly actions of the United States of America and the foreign states and the international organizations which adjoined them and also of the violations of the foreign exchange legislation of the Russian Federation connected with purchase and sale of foreign currency, passing authorized banks, and the violations connected with calculations when implementing currency transactions between residents without use of bank accounts in authorized banks in cash form.
