Determine that price indexation on the natural gas released by Gazprom Transgaz Belarus open joint stock company (further – JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus) to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, applied in case of payment (leave cost determination to the consumer) natural gas, is performed:

during the period from July 1 to July 31, 2022 (inclusive) on formula

where Tsn – the price of the natural gas released in the accounting period * which is subject to application;

The Central Bank – the natural gas price, the released JSC Gazprom Transgaz Belarus determined according to subitems 1.1 and 1.6 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2022 No. 55 "About procedure for determination and application of natural gas price implemented by Gazprom Transgaz Belarus open joint stock company (further – the resolution No. 55);

KN – value of the Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to US dollar established by National Bank on:

payment date for the natural gas released in the accounting period;

the last date of the accounting period ** – for determination for the accounting period of cost of leave to consumers of natural gas taking into account effected payment;

Kb – value of the Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to US dollar established by National Bank for January 1, 2022.
