About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1136/2007 about some measures for execution of the Law No. 419/2006 on debt of the public sector, the state guarantees and the state recrediting

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1136/2007 about some measures for execution of the Law No. 419/2006 on debt of the public sector, the state guarantees and the state recrediting (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 175-177, 1216), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

In all text the text "The law on Audit Chamber No. 261-XVI of December 5, 2008" and "The law No. 261-XVI from on December 5, 2008 about Audit Chamber" to replace 1) with the text "The law No. 260/2017 on the organization and functioning of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Moldova";

Item 5 of appendix No. 1 to the resolution to add 2) with the following offer "The reporting under bonds (except for government bonds) it is represented at par value.";

3) in appendix No. 2 to the resolution:

a) in all text of the word "financial institutions" in any case to replace with the word "bank" in the corresponding case;

b) add Item 5 with the following offer:

"Government securities are reflected in the Report at par value.";

c) in the subitem е) Item 18 of the word "on purchase price" to exclude;

d) in Item 22-2 of the word to "system of record on accounts of National Bank of Moldova" shall be replaced with words to "system of Single Central Securities Depository";

e) in column 3 of appendix No. 4 "The amount allocated on purchase price" to replace the text with the text "The allocated amount";

4) in appendix No. 5 to the resolution:

a) in all text of the word to replace "financial institution" in any grammatical form with the text "the bank and/or non-bank credit institution, and/or savings and loan association" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Item 13 "to 3 dates" to replace the text with the text "to the 15th";
