About submission of information on incidents

Based on subitem 3.11 of Item 3 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2022 "About payment systems and payment services" and parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 164-Z

1. Determine that:

1.1. obtaining, processing, accumulating and storage of information on committed transactions or attempts of making of unauthorized transfers of money (electronic money), the facts or attempts of fraud in banking sector, and also about violations of safety and information security, including the computer attacks directed to objects of information infrastructure which can lead to cases and (or) attempts of implementation of unauthorized transfers of money (electronic money) (further – incidents) are performed by means of the automated system of processing of incidents of National Bank (further – ASOI) with observance of requirements of the legislation on information, informatization, information security, legislations on personal data;

1.2. types of incidents and the list of information on them are specified in the information technology developed by National Bank containing formats, regulations of representation, methods and terms of information exchange (further – information technology);

1.3. banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further – banks) provide information on incidents, in electronic form in National Bank, according to the formats specified in information technology, one of the following methods as payment service providers:
