About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2021, No. 11, Art. 1820; No. 31, Art. 5905; 2022, No. 30, Art. 5612).

2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till April 1, 2023 to make in the Government of the Russian Federation offers on modification of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding distribution of the mechanism of accounting of economy of resource of any units of the generating equipment when scoping the capacity which is actually delivered on the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity.

3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2022.
