About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1455), the following changes:
add Item 3 with subitem 2-11 of the following content:
"2-11) ensuring conducting check of goodwill of the buyer (potential buyer) of mass media;
add item 4 with subitem 81-1 of the following content:
"81-1) performs in the procedure established by the legislation of goodwill of the buyer (potential buyer) of mass media based on the address of such buyer (potential buyer) and sends to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine results of check with assessment of information on detection of compliance or discrepancy of the buyer (potential buyer) to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of the threats of homeland security connected with excessive influence of persons having considerable economic and political weight in public life (oligarchs)" and also informs the corresponding buyer (potential buyer) on results of check;".
