Make change to Item 9 of the Procedure for preparation of offers to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about application, cancellation and modification of sanctions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 888 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 97, of the Art. 3163), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:

"The draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about approval of offers on application, cancellation and modification of sanctions before introduction to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is subject to consideration by the Interdepartmental working group on questions of realization of the state sanctions policy formed according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2022 No. 967.".
