About cost recovery regulations on business trip in borders of Ukraine and abroad

According to subitem 5.4.8 of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About income assessment of the companies" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish the following limit rates of daily issues for employees of the companies, organizations and the organizations of all patterns of ownership (except the government employees and persons sent to business trip by the companies, organizations and the organizations which fully or partially contain (are financed) by budgetary funds):

1) in case when invoices for payment of cost of accommodation in hotels do not join expenses on food, for business trips within Ukraine - 30 hryvnias, for overseas business trips - in the amount in hryvnias, to equivalent 50 US dollars on the official rate of hryvnia to the US dollar established by National Bank on the date of issue of advance payment;

2) in case when accounts of cost of accommodation in hotels join expenses on:

one meal a day, for business trips within Ukraine - 24 hryvnias, for overseas business trips - in the amount in hryvnias, to equivalent 40 US dollars on the official rate of hryvnia to the US dollar established by National Bank on the date of issue of advance payment;

double food, for business trips within Ukraine - 18 hryvnias, for overseas business trips - in the amount in hryvnias, equivalent 27, the 5th US dollar on the official rate of hryvnia to the US dollar established by National Bank on the date of issue of advance payment;

triple food, for business trips within Ukraine - 12 hryvnias, for overseas business trips - in the amount in hryvnias, equivalent 17, the 5th US dollar on the official rate of hryvnia to the US dollar established by National Bank on the date of issue of advance payment.
