About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning providing conditions for recovery and development of electronic communication networks

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

1) in Article 20:

part two in paragraph four shall be replaced with words the word "communications" "electronic communications";

in the paragraph the second the word "communications" shall be replaced with words parts nine "electronic communication networks";

The Item "in-4" of part one of Article 99 to state 2) in the following edition:

"in-4) the right of laying and operation of power lines, electronic communication networks, pipelines, other linear communications";

3) in the Section X "Transitional provisions":

to add the subitem 11 of Item 27 with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) change of purpose of the parcels of land of forestry and landscape purpose of the state-owned and utility property by the square to hectare 0,05 as a result of which such parcels of land are removed from structure of such category by their provision in use for placement of technical means and/or constructions of electronic communications is performed without approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

Item 28 in paragraph nine "subitems 15, of 16, 18" shall be replaced with words the word and figures also in figures "the subitem "v" of the subitem 11, subitems 15, of 16, 18".
