About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 17, 2022 No. 193

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 17, 2022 No. 193 "About approval of the Rules of conducting check of compliance of persons applying for receipt of certificates, allowing to perform functions of crew members and function of specialists in maintenance of the civil aircraft, except for the extralight piloted civil aircraft weighing design of 115 kilograms and less and pilotless aviation system in structure with the pilotless civil aircraft with the maximum take-off weight of 30 kilograms and less, function of employees on ensuring flights of civil aviation, dispatching servicing of air traffic, and also issue, suspension of action and cancellation of the specified certificates and on change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 9, Art. 1314; No. 20, Art. 3319).
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2023.
