1. Establish from the date of entry into force of this resolution till February 28, 2023 inclusive temporary ban on export of seeds of colza (code 1205 10 900 0 of the CN FEA EEU) (further - colza seeds) from the Russian Federation.

2. The temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

a) on the colza seeds which are taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

b) on the colza seeds exported automobile and by rail from the territory of the Russian Federation from the check point through frontier of the Russian Federation Zabaykalsk;

c) on the colza seeds which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;
