ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About control measures concerning medicines which contain small amounts of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors included in the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 29.08.2024 No. 1177)

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that concerning medicines which contain small amounts of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors entered in lists II, III and IV of the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation, No. 681 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 1998 "About approval of the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation" (further respectively - medicines with small content of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, the list), except for the medicines which are the medicines containing except drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors other pharmacological active agents, medicines with small content of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors being analytical (standard) samples, and also medicines with small content of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors containing in medical products for diagnostics in vitro are applied stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors of control measure, concerning drugs, the psychotropic substances and their precursors containing in the corresponding medicines.

2. Determine that concerning medicines with small content of drugs, the psychotropic substances and their precursors which are the medicines containing except drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors other pharmacological active agents the following control measures are applied stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors:
