The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 8, 2012 No. 1418 "About approval of Charter of joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna":

Dividends following the results of year are paid in time, established by the Single shareholder in case of decision making about dividend payout.
