About measures for fight against smuggling and unaccounted commodity importation on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of strengthening of the measures directed to protection of interests of national economy, fight against smuggling and unaccounted commodity importation on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 17, 66 and 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to provide full accounting of goods (loads) imported (imported) into the Kyrgyz Republic within trade with the third countries and state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

2) to take measures within the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic for ensuring confiscation (withdrawal) of goods (loads), kontrabandno and/or unaccounted imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the vehicles used for illicit and/or unaccounted movement of goods (loads) within trade with the third countries and state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

3) to ensure smooth operation of information systems of tax and customs services on accounting of the imported (imported) goods on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic within trade with the third countries and state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, data transmission online, arrangement of check points in the automated cameras on recognition of the state registration plates of vehicles;

4) to implement specialized parking lots for vehicles of the importers/carriers which broke regulations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on import (import) of goods to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic within trade with the third countries and state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

5) to enter the strengthened control of transit product flow from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the following into the third countries through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.
