2. Determine that the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation by consideration of requests for issue of the conclusions about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - the conclusions) concerning the industrial output provided by the Section IX of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" (further - the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719) and on which the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation about day of entry into force of this resolution issues the appraisal certificate about compliance to the made industrial output to the requirements provided by appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719, is guided by requirements to industrial output, shown for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - requirements), provided by the Section IX of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 in the edition operating about day of entry into force of this resolution.
3. Determine that the conclusions issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation according to Item 2 of this resolution or before the date of entry into force of the changes approved by this resolution concerning industrial output for which the specified changes establish or reworded as follows requirements are valid before the termination of fixed term of their action on condition of confirmation of conformity of industrial output to the requirements provided by the Section IX of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 (in edition of this resolution), according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 8 Rules of issue of the conclusion about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution.
4. Item 3 of this resolution does not extend to the conclusions which effective period is determined by Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 1, 2022 No. 553 "About some questions of confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" or which are issued according to Item 3 of the specified resolution. Effective period of such conclusions is determined by the specified resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days from the date of its official publication.
