About enhancement of the Procedure for provision of medical care to the foreigners and stateless persons which are temporarily staying in the territory of Ukraine
For the purpose of enhancement of the Procedure for provision of medical care to the foreigners and stateless persons which are temporarily staying in the territory of Ukraine of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 28, 1997 N 79, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Identify obligatory availability at foreigners and persons without citizenship who temporarily are in the territory of Ukraine, the insurance policy (certificate) which guarantees payment of cost of the emergency medical aid, acquired (issued) at the resident insurer.
The specified insurance policy (certificate) can be acquired (is issued) during execution of entry documents or crossing of frontier of Ukraine.
The specified regulation does not extend to the staff of diplomatic representations and employees of consular establishments of foreign states and members of their families, members of official delegations which arrive by the invitation of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, members of teams of the military and voyennovspomogatelny ships, persons who in accordance with the established procedure received the status of the refugee in Ukraine, and persons who submitted the application for provision of the status of the refugee in Ukraine.
If the existing international treaties of Ukraine establish other rules, then rules of international treaties of Ukraine are applied.
