About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning activities of private contractors and forced execution of judgments, decisions of other bodies (officials) during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About the bodies and persons performing forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 29, of Art. 535 with subsequent changes) to add the Section IV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Items 6-1 and 6-2 of the following content:

"6-1. During action of martial law imposed according to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation":

1) the terms of consideration by the Disciplinary commission of ideas of involvement of the private contractor to disciplinary responsibility established by part one of article 40 of this Law and decision making about application to the private contractor of authority punishment stop before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine;

2) data which according to this Law are subject to entering into the Unified register of private contractors of Ukraine in case of lack of technical capability for their introduction are introduced by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine after approach of such opportunity;

3) scheduled and unscheduled inspections of activities of private contractors are not carried out. If on the date of introduction of warlike situation unscheduled inspection of activities of the private contractor was not carried out, such inspection is carried out according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation according to the written address of the participant of enforcement proceeding concerning decisions, actions or failure to act of the private contractor;
