1.1. in the resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 6, 2003 No. 38 "About approval of Rules of work with scientific and technical documentation in the organizations of the Republic of Belarus":
to exclude from the name of the word "Republic of Belarus";
