The insurer shall provide the following conditions of implementation of proprietary insurance of citizens, except for vehicles, insurance of means of the land transport (except for rail media) in case of insurance by pawnshop of the thing accepted by it in pledge or on storage according to article 6 of the Federal Law of July 19, 2007 No. 196-FZ "About pawnshops" (further - voluntary insurance):

1.1. Voluntary insurance is performed on case of loss and damage of the thing accepted by pawnshop in pledge or on storage as a result of natural disaster, ignition (fire), the gulf by water and illegal actions of the third parties (including thefts, petty theft, robbery, robbery).
