1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out audits by bodies of the public control and auditing service in state bodies, local government bodies, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations performing the activities connected with the state secret it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the order of GLAVKRU of Ukraine of 07.09.2001 N79 "About Approval of the Procedure of Control and Auditing Functions by Bodies of the Public Control and Auditing Service concerning Public Authorities and the Local Self-government, the Companies, Organizations and the Organizations Performing the Activities Connected with the State Secret" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.09.2001 for N834/6025.

3. To management of organizational work (Chernutsky S. P.) together with Legal department (Yaremchuk T. M.) provide submission of the order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. To general department of Administration (Myagshilo N. G.) to bring this order to the attention of vice-chairmen, heads of structural divisions of GLAVKRU of Ukraine, control and auditing managements in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
