Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About responsibility of parents for training and education of children" of August 2, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 78. Art. 616; 2016, No. 3, Art. 147; 2018, No. 5, Art. 283; 2019, Art. No. 4-5, 222) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 8:

- add with the paragraph the twelfth the following content:

"-take measures for increase in level of ecological culture and education of children;";

- the nineteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-not resolve children driving of vehicles without receipt of the car driver license, and also arrival in educational institution, managing the motorized vehicle;";

- the twenty first after the word "train" to add the paragraph with the word of "children".

2. Regarding 3rd Article 15 "parent" to replace the word with the word "of".
