Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About internal audit in the organizations of public sector" of July 21, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 7, Art. 563; 2016, No. 7, Art. 632; 2020, No. 12, Art. 921) following changes and amendments:

1. The text of article 4 after the word of "publicity" to add with the word of "transparency".

2. Item in paragraph four 2) of Article 5 to replace the word of "usefulness" with the word of "effectiveness".

3. Regarding 1 Article 8:

- third after words of "public sector" to add the paragraph with the words "and by results of the overview represents the analytical conclusion";

- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-assists training, advanced training, retraining and issue of the certificate to internal auditors in the organizations of public sector and coordinates activities in the field;";

- the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-performs other powers, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan.".

4. In the paragraph the second part 1 of Article 9 of the word of "enhancement of their activities" shall be replaced with words "their enhancements".

5. To add the paragraph of the sixth part 2 of article 10 after the word "providing" with words of "structural division of internal audit".

6. In Article 22:

- in the name of Article the word "violation" shall be replaced with words "non-compliance with requirements";
