1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63, the following changes:
in Item 45:
in subitem 45.2:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"45.2. the document confirming accessory to the pledger of the pledged property or property right (requirement), except for transfers to mortgage of property which will arrive to the pledger in the future and which at the time of the conclusion of the agreement on mortgage is not considered created according to the legislation, and also transfers to mortgage of the real estate and other property equated by legal acts to immovable things which will arrive to the pledger in the future and which at the time of the conclusion of the agreement on mortgage is considered created according to the legislation, including:";
add the subitem with part of the following content:
"The copy of the document, confirming accessory to the pledger of the pledged property or property right (requirement) certified by the notary according to the procedure, provided by part three of Item 6 of this Instruction, joins the copy of the pledge agreement which is stored in cases of the notary;";
in part two of subitem 45.3 of the word "it was pledged under the agreement on mortgage" shall be replaced with words "it is transferred to mortgage";
