In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" and other regulatory legal acts governing the relations in the field of consumer protection I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks at subjects of housekeeping of the sphere of trade and services, including restaurant economy, product quality, observance of mandatory requirements concerning safety of products, and also observance of rules of trade and provision of services which is applied.

2. To provide to department of consumer policy, consumer protection and state supervision (Sokolov O. P.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To administration and control of use of property (Gritsyk V. I.) in 5-day time after state registration of this order to provide its replication and posylaniye in territorial authorities for consumer protection of Gospotrebstandart of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

4. To provide to heads of territorial authorities for consumer protection proper accomplishment by subordinate structural divisions of requirements of the specified Procedure.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
