About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70 and of December 31, 2015 No. 1130
In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2022 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 280
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70:
in Item 6 part two:
the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the cargo vehicles transporting the goods which are exposed to bystry spoil, determined in appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2019 No. 406 "About measures for implementation of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" or the act constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, animals – in the presence of the documents confirming transportation of these goods or animals;";
add part with paragraphs of the following content:
"the cargo vehicles performing transportation of goods of the increased danger *;

* The freight list of the increased danger is specified in Items 1.10.3.1.2 and 1.10.3.1.3 of appendix A to the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG) of September 30, 1957.
the vehicles of the national operator of mail service transporting the international mailings and the vehicles transporting the international mailings for the national operator of mail service – in the presence of the documents accompanying the international mailings in case of their transportation, determined by acts of Universal Postal Union.";
