1. Agree with the offer of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Health, Customs committee under the Ministry of Economics and finance about attachment of the Centers of social support and houses nursing homes Muruvvat (further - medico-social organizations) to Customs committee under the Ministry of Economics and finance.

2. Determine that the Customs committee under the Ministry of Economics and finance renders on permanent basis assistance to the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

in strengthening of material and technical resources of medico-social organizations and improvement of their infrastructure;

in implementation of the modern methods and social technologies directed to increase in efficiency of rendering medico-social services elderly and to persons with disability taken under guardianship in medico-social organizations;

in creating favorable conditions for elderly and persons with disability taken under guardianship in medico-social organizations, providing them by prosthetic and orthopedic products, technical and hygienic means of rehabilitation;

in creation of necessary conditions on social adaptation and training of persons with disability taken under guardianship in medico-social organizations, profession proceeding from their interests;
