The allocated budgetary funds do not promote ensuring due quality of the provided emergency medical service and strengthening of its material and technical resources.
For the purpose of the accelerated development of service of emergency medical service, ensuring its financial stability, achievement of proper efficiency, technological effectiveness and efficiency of activities in this direction:
1. Consider priority task of service of emergency medical service timely rendering high-quality medical services to each person needing the emergency help.
2. For rendering practical support to development of service of emergency medical service and improvement of its material and technical resources to form under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan Fund of development of emergency medical service (further - Fund) without the status of the legal entity.
