About some questions in connection with change of level of excise rates on oil products and freight charges on the territory of the country
Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, considering the approved offers of the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with the resolution of Tariff (Price) council of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 26, 2022 No. 4 "On regulation of rates for oil products within the country", and based on part 4 of "Rules of use of the means of the Reserve fund of the government budget" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 2, 2003 No. 74, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:
1. In the second line of the table of part of 1 resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 6, 2014 "About change of level of the operating excise rates" figures of "42,0" to replace No. 35 with oil products with figures of "42,5", in the fourth line - figures of "18,0" - figures of "18,3".
2. On transportation (delivery) of the automobile gasolines and diesel fuel made within the country and the prices (rates) on which are regulated by the state, by carriers (suppliers) from the Items of realization established by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to provide subsidy for covering of the costs incured over upper limit of the rate for delivery approved according to the resolution of Tariff (Price) council of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 26, 2022 No. 4 "On regulation of rates for oil products within the country".
