About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

1. The rules of decision making by the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" about financing or about inexpediency of financing of the actions provided by part 2 of article 13.1 of the Federal law "About the Public Company "Fund of Development of the Territories" and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 12, 2019 No. 1192 "About approval of Rules of decision making by the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" about financing or about inexpediency of financing of the actions provided by part 2 of article 13.1 of the Federal law "About the Public Company "Fund of Development of the Territories" and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", and on recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 38, Art. 5306; 2020, No. 35, Art. 5590; 2022, No. 27, of the Art. 4854) to add with Item 15 (3) the following content:
"15(3). The decision on limiting change of the amount of financing on the bases, stipulated in Item 15(1) these rules, is accepted by board of Fund. In the specified limiting case the amount of financing at the expense of property of Fund and at the expense of property fee of the subject of the Russian Federation is determined according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 7 these rules.".
