About modification of the Regulations on development and approval of federal regulations and rules of use of atomic energy

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on development and approval of federal regulations and rules of use of atomic energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 1997 No. 1511 "About approval of the Regulations on development and approval of federal regulations and rules of use of atomic energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 49, Art. 5600; 2012, No. 51, Art. 7203).

Changes which are made to Regulations on development and approval of federal regulations and rules of use of atomic energy

1. In Item 6:

words "regulations of safety and/or" shall be replaced with words "regulations of safety with involvement of the organizations of scientific and technical support of authorized body of state regulation of safety and (or)";

add with the offer "Involvement of the organizations of scientific and technical support of authorized body of state regulation of safety to development of federal regulations and rules is performed according to the decision of authorized body of state regulation of safety.".

2. Add Item 21 with the paragraph of the following content:
