1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
1.1. in four-months time:
1.1.1. according to Articles 20. 5, 24.1, 24.5 and 24.16 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About product safety" to provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers on order of registration of the food objects and food subjects, and also the objects performing production and conversion of materials and products, contacting to food products, approvals of food objects, recognitions of equivalence of system of approval of foreign countries and also to the list of the food objects approved with assessment on compliance to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts in the field of product safety;
1.1.2. according to article 6.2 of the specified Law to approve procedure for risk analysis in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
