About recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic

Within inventory count of presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Kyrgyz republican Center of agrobusiness" of July 13, 1993 No. 200;

2) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for acceleration of development of gold fields "Taldy-Bulak Left-bank" and "Curan-Zhayloo" of April 24, 1995 No. 104;

3) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the program of the financial and industrial group JSC-Shumkar Vnedreniye vysokikh tekhnology i modernization mashinostroitelnykh predpriyaty of September 27, 1995 No. 230;

4) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of state regulation on production of tobacco and tobacco products" of May 2, 1996 No. 158;

5) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for streamlining of transactions with the gold made in the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 10, 1996 No. 235;

6) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for enhancement of public administration in the field of civil aviation" of December 28, 1996 No. 389;

7) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About further development of state language of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 20, 1998 No. 21;

8) The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state support of development of civil aviation in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 23, 1998 No. 203;

9) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Kerimkulov M. T. recommendation. for election as the head of local government - the mayor Bishkek" of July 12, 1999 No. 169;

10) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for providing local government bodies of the rural zone of the Kyrgyz Republic with regulatory legal acts" of May 2, 2001 No. 150;
