1. These rules of passing of certification of personnel of the operating organization (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 1997 "About use of atomic energy" and determine procedure and conditions of passing of certification by personnel of the operating organizations performing activities in the field of use of atomic energy (further - the operating organizations), when carrying out the certain types of activity listed in the state license and extend to all operating organizations.
2. Certification is carried out for the purpose of determination of compliance of personnel of post and level of professional competence in the field of use of atomic energy.
3. Certification there undergo the categories of personnel of the operating organization performing the following work types:
