Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 30, 2017 "About protection of the competition" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 5, p.1. Art. 274) following change and amendment:

1. In Article 22:

- in part 1:

- add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

- the paragraph one of part 6 after words of "soft credits" to add with the words "and grants".

2. The first offer of part 2 of Article 29 to state in the following edition:

"From the date of receipt in court of the claim for consideration, execution of the order (the decision and the instruction) the state antimonopoly authority stops before the date of entry into force of the judgment.".
