About modification of some regulations (organization of some positions within bodies of public management)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Item c) parts (2) article 8 of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840), with subsequent changes, after words "secretary general of the ministry", to add with the words "deputy secretary general of the ministry".
Art. II. - Item 1 of part I of the Section II of appendix to the Law on approval of the Single qualifier of the state positions No. 155/2011 (2011, Art. No. 164-165, 480), with subsequent changes, after line item of "A06" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item of "A07" of the following content:

Art. III. - In the Law on the central branch public management No. 98/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
