About the public social benefit to persons who do not have pension entitlements and disabled people

This Law determines the legal basis of provision of the public social benefit to persons who do not have pension entitlements and persons with disability, and also provisions of the public social benefit by leaving.

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law terms are used in the following value:

the public social benefit to persons who do not have pension entitlements and persons with disability - the monthly public welfare payment provided according to regulations of this Law in cash to persons who do not have pension entitlements and persons with disability;

person who has no pension entitlement - the child of the died supporter (including given rise before the expiration of 10 months from the date of the death of the supporter) who on the date of death had no the insurance years of service necessary for award of pension for person with disability of III group (further - the child of the died supporter), person which reached 65 years and has no pension entitlement according to the law. Before achievement of the specified age women of 1960 treat persons who have no pension entitlement and are more senior after achievement of such age by them:

58 years - who were born till September 30, 1953 inclusive;

58 years 6 months - who were born from October 1, 1953 to March 31, 1954;

59 years - who were born from April 1, 1954 to September 30, 1954;

59 years 6 months - who were born from October 1, 1954 to March 31, 1955;

60 years - who were born from April 1, 1955 to September 30, 1955;

60 years 6 months - who were born from October 1, 1955 to March 31, 1956;

61 years - who were born from April 1, 1956 to September 30, 1956;

61 years 6 months - who were born from October 1, 1956 to March 31, 1957;

62 years - who were born from April 1, 1957 to September 30, 1957;

62 years 6 months - who were born from October 1, 1957 to March 31, 1958;

63 years - who were born from April 1, 1958 to September 30, 1958;

63 years 6 months - who were born from October 1, 1958 to March 31, 1959;

64 years - who were born from April 1, 1959 to September 30, 1959;
