For the purpose of implementation of the order of the President of Ukraine of May 17, 1999 No. 99 "About additional measures for stabilization of economic and social situation in Ukraine", effective and target use of means of the government budget, creation of competitive environment during selection and implementation of the investment projects Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides providing:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out on the competitive beginnings of assessment and selection of investment projects which provide attraction of financial resources of the government budget it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Economy and European Integration to develop and approve regulations on assessment and competitive selection offered by the ministries in a month, others central and local executive bodies of investment projects which provide attraction of financial resources of the government budget, and to create the relevant commission.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in two-month time to develop and approve industry (regional) regulations on assessment and competitive selection of the investment projects offered by business entities which provide attraction of financial resources of the government budget and to create the relevant departmental commissions.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-Prime Minister Tigipko S. L.
