About additional measures for acceleration of strategic reforms

In recent years in our country different spheres of the state and society are reformed within what specific measures for enhancement of system of public administration, improvement of business environment, transformation and upgrade of industries of economy, social and economic development of regions, and also liberalizations of foreign trade, tax and financial policy are taken.

At the same time the political and economic situation which is promptly changing now in the world requires realization of efficient reforms in the new directions on ensuring sustainable development of national economy, increase in competitiveness of domestic manufacturers in the foreign markets, to further improvement of living conditions of the population and growth of human capital.

For the purpose of the effective organization of strategy implementation of development of New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026, forming and implementation of single approaches in implementation of reforms by means of ensuring their sequence:

1. Create the Agency of strategic development and reforms in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) based on the Agency of strategic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 2. Determine the main objectives of the Agency:

coordination of system of strategic planning, regulation of project development of documents of strategic planning in the country and their realization;

the organization of studying of the performed reforms, structural transformations and the announced initiatives in the social sphere, economy and the other significant directions in the countries of the FSU and beyond (including performances and speeches of heads of the foreign states), development of offers on their implementation in the conditions of Uzbekistan with the analysis of current status of works in our country, holding forums and other actions for the matters;

development and the organization of implementation of offers on reforming of certain spheres and industries with involvement of domestic and foreign experts;
