1. This provision is developed for the purpose of accomplishment of the Law No. 261-XVI of 27.07.2006. "About measures for social protection of the population in connection with increase in rates for natural gas".
2. Compensation for expenses on natural gas - reduction (payment) at the expense of means of the government budget of part of obligations of residential customers of gas for the consumed natural gas in the apartment (house) in amount to 30 CBM (inclusive) in month.
3. The residential customer of natural gas - the physical person using under the signed contract with the distribution company natural gas for domestic needs, but not for conducting any activities for the purpose of profit earning.
If the physical person receives gas according to separate delivery contracts of gas in different places of consumption, compensation for expenses on natural gas is made and calculated for each place of consumption separately.
4. The gas-distributing companies - the suppliers of gas having the corresponding license.
5. New rate for natural gas - the rate approved by National regulation agency in power since February 16, 2007 and operating at the time of delivery gas to residential customers, including VAT.
6. S.A. "Moldovagaz" based on offers of the distribution companies constitutes monthly distribution of compensation amounts of expenses within the amounts of the assignments approved in the budget on the specified purposes and represents data on the established form to the Ministry of Finance.
