About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618

Based on paragraph two of Item 2 and Item 7 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 429-Z

1. Bring in the Regulations on excise stamps for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618, the following changes:

in Item part one 9, the paragraph third 10, appendices 1-3 and 5 to this Provision of the word "on acquisition" shall be replaced with words Item parts two "about acquisition";

in Item 9-1 part three:

to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "in the Republic of Belarus";

add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"guarantee, to relevant requirements of the legislation on customs regulation.";

"Return of cost of unused excise stamps which authenticity is established is made by the Minsk central customs at the cost of their acquisition within three working days from the date of submission by the importer of the statement for return of the money paid for excise stamps.".
