About measures for enhancement of procedure for coordination of conducting checks in activities of subjects of entrepreneurship

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the priority tasks determined within open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs spent on August 22 the current year, and also prevention of unreasonable intervention in activities of subjects of entrepreneurship, increase in responsibility and ensuring openness of activities of monitoring bodies:

1. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 15, 2021 No. UP-6314 the Representative for protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - the Representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs) starts the information system "Single State Control" giving opportunity of coordination and ensuring openness of verification processes of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship, and also maintaining electronic registers of the state control functions, mandatory requirements, the officials having the right to conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship.

2. Determine that monitoring bodies since November 1, 2022:

all inspections which are carried out in activities of subjects of entrepreneurship are registered in the information system "Single State Control". At the same time conducting checks in activities of the subjects of entrepreneurship which are not registered in this system is considered illegal;

results of the inspections which are carried out in activities of subjects of entrepreneurship, and also information on preventive actions within three days from the date of the end of check or preventive actions are entered into the information system "Single State Control".

3. Establish procedure according to which:
