1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges":
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Determine the inventory, transactions with which legal entities and individual entrepreneurs shall conclude at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company, according to appendix 1 (further – the list).";
in Item 3:
