About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, the Art. 2972), the following changes:
in subitem 44 of the word of "single digital departmental telecommunication network Ministry of Internal Affairs and the fixed radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "single digital departmental electronic communication network Ministry of Internal Affairs and the fixed radio-frequency range";
add Item with subitem 44-1 of the following content:
"44-1) provides accomplishment of functions of radio-frequency body of the special user of radio-frequency range;".
