About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 23, 2022 No. 180

1. Make changes to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 23, 2022 No. 180 "About modification of the Technique of verification of housing subsidies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 13, 2022 for No. 775/38111, having excluded in Item 1 of the word "About Approval of the Technique of Verification of Housing Subsidies".
2. Bring in the Technique of verification of housing subsidies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 27, 2020 No. 641, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2021 for No. 218/35840 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 23, 2022, No. 180), the following changes:
In paragraph five of Item 3 of the Section II of the word "and river transport of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 1) "and inland water transport and navigation of Ukraine";
The paragraph the twelfth Item 3 of the Section II after figures "848" to add 2) with words and figures "(in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 807)";
3) in paragraph three of the subitem 2 of Item 5 of the Section II after the word "Ukraine" punctuation mark ";" to replace with dividing sign ",".
