For the purpose of execution of part (3) Article 6 and part (11) article 29 of the Law No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 on wages system in the budget sphere (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. For storage of the state secret relating to the facts, data or documents which became known in connection with execution of service duties, personnel of units with autonomous financing irrespective of type of property and form of business has the right to the monthly allowance at the rate to 10 percent of basic salary, and personnel of budget units (civilian employees), including personnel of office of persons who are taking up responsible state positions has the right to the monthly allowance at the rate to 10 percent of official pay rate.
