Make changes to the List of administrative and territorial units within which access for users to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine stops, in the conditions of warlike situation, No. 1307/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 01, 2022 registered on April 05, 2022 for No. 386/37722, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. Determine what within settlements of Donetsk region where access for users to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine does not stop, access to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, is provided to the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate only in browse mode of data/information which contains in these registers, and provisions of such data / information according to appeals of physical persons and legal entities.
3. To the administrator of unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:
take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order;
