About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2015 No. 333

Based on the paragraph of the fifth subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of Article 11 and Item 2 of article 32 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus, and also in pursuance of paragraph two of Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2021 "About fishery and fishing economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 284

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for provision of superficial water objects in lease for fish breeding approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2015 No. 333, the following changes:

1.1. in item 4:

in word part one "the republican complex scheme of placement of ponds and the flooded pits suitable for maintaining fish breeding approved" shall be replaced with words "the republican list of ponds and the flooded pits suitable for maintaining fish breeding approved";

in part three to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 1";

1.2. in Item 5:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"are included in the republican list of the fishing grounds suitable for maintaining fishing economy;";
