About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2001 No. 1398 "About determination of the list of special cars" to add with Item 53 following of content:

1.2. No. 1857 "About vehicles of operational appointment" to add Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2002 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the state forest protection (intended for ensuring accomplishment of the assigned tasks and functions).";

1.3. To add the instruction about procedure for use by vehicles of operational purpose of the special light and sound alarm system approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2011 No. 439, with Item 24 following of content:

"24. Drivers of special vehicles of the state forest protection have the right to use the alarm system in cases:

followings to the place of making of crimes, administrative offenses, incidents;

prosecutions of the person who made or suspected of crime execution the administrative offense including fleeing by the vehicle, which did not fulfill the requirement about stop;

stops of vehicles in night-time out of the settlement;

followings to the place of emergence of wildfire and (or) other emergency situation from the moment of receipt of information on their origin, liquidation of wildfires and (or) other emergency situations and their effects if the vehicle is on carriageway, and also escorts of vehicles;
