About modification of the Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Item 6 of the Section I of the Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 5, 2018 No. 51 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 23, 2022 No. 104) (with changes), the following changes:

"6. The board of National Bank during the special period has the right to make the decision relatively:

1) stock holdings of cash of National Bank in storages of divisions of authorized banks and carrying out transactions with them on behalf of authorized bank without procedure of their registration as separate divisions of bank and assignment of intra bank registration code (on condition of provision in National Bank of information on the list of the leading persons of authorized bank who according to the assigned obligations exercise control and bear responsibility for preserving inventories of cash of National Bank in such storages);
